Philson P. Kempton, Jr., B.Comm., AACI, AIIC - Phil Jr. has been appraising for over 15 years. During this time he has also successfully earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary's University, the distinguished CRA designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada, along with the AIIC from the Associate Insurance Institute of Canada. Phil Jr. brings to our team appraisal experience and a keen eye for detail.
